Millard Yoder has overseen the design and construction phases of a variety of projects in Sarasota, Manatee, and Collier Counties involving roadways, residential and commercial developments, schools, beaches and waterways, and water, wastewater, and stormwater facilities. His experience in land development encompasses no fewer than 20 major projects in Sarasota and Manatee Counties.

Millard holds LEED Accreditation through the U.S. Green Building Council, which recognizes his ability to incorporate design, construction, and maintenance techniques that are energy efficient while reducing impacts on health and the environment.

Millard is active in a host of professional, business, and community organizations, having served as president of the Suncoast Branch of the American Society of Civil Engineers. He is a member of the National Society of Professional Engineers, Florida Engineering Society, and the American Society for Testing and Materials. He is also a graduate of the 1992 class of Leadership Sarasota.
