Kevin Mangan provides landscape architecture, planning, and graphic design services to public and private clients in domestic and international markets. Kevin has been involved in a wide variety of projects, including resorts, clubs, timeshares, golf communities, retail endeavors, airports, streetscapes, and beach revitalizations.
More specifically, Kevin has provided innovative leadership as project manager and landscape architect for numerous resort, residential, and club projects within the Amelia Island Plantation complex in Nassau County, Florida. As a team member involved with Babcock Ranch, he established programming tenants for land planning and design and led public input sessions to frame a vision for 92,000 acres in Charlotte and Lee counties in Florida.
International resorts for which Kevin served as landscape architect, planner, and/or project manager includes the Four Seasons, Emerald Bay, the newest Four Seasons resort and residences on Great Exuma, Bahamas. He also served as landscape architect for renovations and expansions at Baha Mar, Sheraton Cable Beach, Nassau, Bahamas; the Ritz-Carlton and Club, St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands; and numerous other resorts. At Playa Conchal in Costa Rica, Kevin was project landscape architect for the re-master planning and Phase II equestrian community addition for this a 2,300-acre destination resort community.
