John English offers more experience in civil engineering design, management, and training. He is responsible for land development teams in multiple offices comprised of civil engineers, technicians, and inspectors that prepare construction plans, master plans, water management plans, feasibility studies, and oversee site construction for public and private sector clients.

John has participated in the design of site infrastructure for numerous large-scale master-planned communities, resorts, residential subdivisions, commercial site development, schools, churches, and golf courses throughout Southwest Florida. He also oversees and coordinates surveying, platting, planning (zoning), and environmental aspects of his projects. He has been involved in the planning, design, permitting, and construction of the Town of Ave Maria.

He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, American Society of Agricultural Engineers, past president of the Calusa Chapter of the Florida Engineering Society, a member of Leadership Collier Class of 2007, and on the Board of Directors for Collier County Education Foundation and The Village School of Naples.
