Widely recognized for her experience and expertise in public and private sector planning, Georgianne Ratliff brings three decades of professional planning expertise. Ratliff has developed a solid reputation as an expert in the areas of project management, development regulations and permitting, comprehensive and land use planning, regulatory issues, and community relations.
Georgianne was a founder of WilsonMiller’s Tampa office. The Tampa operation got under way in 1998 with the merger of WilsonMiller and Ratliff’s own planning firm, Ratliff & Associates. The two companies had worked together on several projects prior to the merger, and Ratliff subsequently signed on with WilsonMiller.
Well-acquainted with growth management and the comprehensive planning process, Georgianne has prepared comprehensive plans for a number of jurisdictions in Florida, including Hillsborough County, Manatee County, Pasco County and the cities of Tampa, Temple Terrace, Plant City, Port Richey and San Antonio. She also has been responsible for the preparation of affordable housing analyses for submission to state, regional and local agencies. The Manatee County Comprehensive Plan won state awards in 1991 in two categories: Best Growth Management Plan and Best Overall Plan.
