Offering expertise in project management, development regulations and permitting, site design, and land use planning, Diane Chadwick applies a broad range of experience coordinating projects during the land entitlement and development process.
Diane’s specialty is managing projects that require development review and permitting; including Developments of Regional Impact, Comprehensive Plan Amendments, Planned Unit Developments, rezoning, and special permits. She was instrumental in the development of Lakewood Ranch – overseeing entitlement applications and permitting for nearly 11,000 acres of land that collectively represent a mix of uses including a wide spectrum of residential and commercial development -- all together promoting a well-thought-out balance of social, economic, and environmental sustainability.
Diane has participated in the preparation of numerous DRI applications including data collection, conceptual design, public facility needs, project coordination, and Development Order negotiations. She has extensive experience in preparation of design for development feasibility and for submissions to state, regional, and local agencies.
