Tim Durham oversees and coordinates the efforts of multi-disciplinary teams of ecologists, engineers, planners, and wetland scientists at WilsonMiller, Inc. He brings a solid foundation of experienced in the fields of natural resource assessments, environmental master planning and wetland permitting, mitigation design, listed species surveys and management plans, and wetland mitigation bank permitting.
Notable achievements include his leadership of the team that conducted exhaustive data gathering and comprehensive research on existing land cover and natural resources for the Collier County Rural Lands Stewardship Area Overlay, covering 195,000 acres. His projects have been recognized with awards from Florida Institute of Consulting Engineers, Florida Engineering Society, and the American Society of Landscape Architects. Mr. Durham has been a speaker and presenter at numerous conferences and seminars, focusing on such topics as wetlands evaluation and mitigation banking.
Tim’s considerable experience and network of contacts has been built through years of professional representations and negotiations with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, National Marine Fisheries, water management districts, and local governments.
