WilsonMiller is pleased to announce that Catherine Jones recently passed her American Institute of Certified Planners Comprehensive Planning Examination.
Certified planners are members of the American Planning Associations professional institute, AICP. They have demonstrated a commitment to high standards of professional practice and a mastery of theories and tools of planning. To become certified, an APA member must meet requirements for education and experience, pass the AICP Comprehensive Planning Examination, and pledge to uphold ethical standards and engage in ongoing professional development.
Ms. Jones is a Planner with WilsonMiller’s Community and Regional Planning Team. Having obtained an advanced degree in Planning that includes a Florida Real Estate Certificate, she brings an expertise of current issues affecting the planning, zoning, and sales climate to our clients. Her experience includes the preparation of corridor plans, site analysis, rezonings, Evaluation and Appraisal Reports, comprehensive plan amendment, and Developments of Regional Impact (DRI).
